Service Description

Residential Reports provide complete information regarding a property. This includes, lot size, zoning, building coverage, impervious coverage, overlays, heritage trees, floodplain proximity, historical designation, utilities, setbacks, school districts, as well as information that may impact any projects that may be done on the property. We also look at if any permits are currently open and/or expired. If permits are found, we will suggest how to fix each open permit. *Ideal for Real Estate agents, contractors, homeowners, potential buyers and anyone selling a property.

Cancellation Policy

Report cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of the initial request to receive a refund. Meeting cancellation or reschedule must be requested 24 hours before meeting.
