Service Description

Obtain an official letter stating the zoning of address or parcel. Once the official letter is obtained we include what is allowed in the current zoning, what the current zoning is for nearby properties and if there are any rezone requests for nearby properties. We offer a 30 minute meeting to discuss the findings.

Cancellation Policy

Report cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of the initial request to receive a refund. Meeting cancellation or reschedule must be requested 24 hours before meeting.
